The company was established at 1969 . & It is consists of two factories. One for textile contains 450 textile m/c with spinning & finishing equipments also with all engineering & administration services .The other factory (knitting factory) contains many of knitting m/c .

For circular, texture & surface knitting from several European sources. The factory produces all kinds of socks for children, men & women stockings which are made from wool, polyester, acrylic & cotton yarns . Also the factory produces different kinds of knitting clothes from acrylic yarn & all other wear clothes for men, women & children.
